We like hearing new music, and most of the people visiting
this site probably do too, so this space gives young musicians from
around the country an outlet to a new audience.
If we didn't bump into each other on the road,
that's okay, you can still use this page to promote your band website
or MySpace profile.
UPDATE:
In post-production, we're compiling a soundtrack for the
documentary from the songs submitted by young musicians.
If you're interested, please press:
Keep in mind you can publicize music at this site
even if you don't want it to be considered for the documentary soundtrack.
We only ask that you be a musician between the ages of 18-25, or
be in a band with at least one member between those ages.
Hello,
I am a professional music composer/sound designer. You can listen to plenty of music samples in a variety of styles at www.lionelcohen.com/music
I have been writing music for film and TV for over ten years. I have been focusing on my own material as well. I write an interesting blend of world Fusion and Pop music. I have been living in new York City all my life and feel that the music of the multicultural influences have a carved my writing style. I have travelled all over the world and have absorbed all the music I hasve heard and try to use it in my writing style.
Thank you,
-Adonis Tsilimparis

St. Cloud-based Allies in Chaos have emerged with a positive and original sound that blends intricate guitar parts, leading bass lines, and emotional vocal breakdowns blended with powerfully technical drumming. Combining pensive lyrics and a zealous delivery, Allies in Chaos stir the crowd wildly with a balance of emotion and power. AIC often times leaves the crowd with a lasting impression and asking for more.
With the release of their first studio album they proceeded to rise in popularity and create a substantial and loyal following. Now after the release of their second studio album (Pray America) AIC has been invited on several tours and to play many reputable venues. With a dedicated and serious attitude, they continue to plan for the future and build their fan base. AIC works hard to keep a balance of playing shows, distributing merchandise, and keeping strong contacts with groups and individuals that show honest concern for life and making music to reflect it.
AM. ZEROS is a Dallas-based trio with well-written songs and dual lead vocals. Their diverse sound and colorful blended songs are pulled from a variety of influences, while their power packed live show is what adds to the popularity of the three seasoned band members.
AM. ZEROS’ fan base grows as they continue to wow audiences night after night, delivering one of a kind performances that leave their songs firmly stamped in everyone's memory. Unwilling to follow the latest trend, they passionately write timeless songs that appeal to listeners of all ages. AM. ZEROS was born out of Ryan Martin's outside jazzy drumming, Steve Wilson's solid foundation bass lines, and Chris Johnson's full open voiced guitar style. As a band with two powerful lead singers, AM. ZEROS lay a thick sound and take pride in being a live band in a market saturated with sterile, overproduced music. This band’s focus is on writing great songs and delivering them to audiences everywhere.

is a four piece band with a new take on American Roots Music. Aaron, Brad, Kailin and Scott are accomplished multi-instrumentalists who captivate audiences with guitar, fiddle, string bass, marimba, ukulele, percussion, banjo and mandolin.
Their deep respect for tradition, passion for innovation and intriguing instrumentation creates a remarkable and memorable listening experience. The music is modern and accessible, subtle yet virtuosic and serious yet light hearted.
BAS is known all over North America for their genre-blending song writing, amazing improvisation and intimate, personal vocals.
BAS also impacts the musical world as educators and mentors for students of all ages. They give lessons, masterclasses, workshops and concerts as soloists with orchestras and choirs.

We are a recently new band that received its final member in July of 2006. The lead singer, Bizee, is 13 years old with the voice of a genius singer. The lead guitarist, Don, is a well seasoned musician who gives the band direction. Andy, the drummer has only been drumming for a few years and continues to grow exponentialy. The bass player, Matthew has been around the band for 3 months and is always pushing for new directions. Hector, the keyboardist has been around for a while and is the glue factor for the entire band. He has a good heart. And finally, the sound man, Pinny, who has also been around for a while, is always keeping Brizee sounding good at every concert.
I'm actually a drummer. I grew up in the Reno/Lake Tahoe area. It is a smaller area for population, so I quickly became well known as a player. At any one point in the last 5 years, I would have been working with 7-15 bands. I recently packed it all up and made the drive across the country to pursue music in Nashville TN. It was an inspiring experience, and I met some interesting people along the way. I would be happy to give some music to your project.
More recently, I have gotten into composition. I usually will take a live recording from one of my bands or shows, and mix the live drums, or some other element, into my electronic mixes. The resulting songs are usually mellow but still convey movement and create a sense of enviroment. At least I like to think so.... The electronic made mixes on my website can be found towards the bottom of my audio page. I would recommend starting with the more recent works, I think it is better).
I read your posting on craigslist, and recently completed my 7th road trip across the U.S. with my new Croatian wife! wew were snowed in at a technophile friend's house in colorado, so we converted his old school dj gear into a studio and recorded for 3 days. we never had played together on anything but accoustic guitars. our goal was to make new music to listen to on our roadtrip, what we got was cinnamon toothpick.
The two lead vocalists, Jay and Noah, J. Foxx & Knomad met in the dorms @ the University of Arizona their freshman year. The two began writing and recording songs together. Two years later, Jay's brother Scott, aka Scotty Green, a music producer, moved out to Tucson to pursue their combined musical talents.
Jay Whiting had a biopsy performed on his right femur at the age of 13.His bone sample was shipped from USC Medical Hospital to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.Jay saw his early brush with cancer as giving him a rare insight on life in general, especially at his young age. Jay wrote his poetry, expressing his thoughts, feelings, struggles, questions and concerns. He and his older brother had always made music videos in their backyard and Jay now saw Hip-Hop as a medium that he could use to get his message and his talent out to the public. He recorded his first song entitled, “Impurity” at the age of 14 and has never looked back. Since then, he and his brother, Scott (aka Scotty Green) have produced seven albums.
Now a recent University of Arizona college graduate, Jay is using his Communication degree to help promote his group, Class Project’s, first album entitled, “Rough Draft”.
